Her work has been featured in various magazines, and she has a long list of corporate clients, including Big W, Harvey Norman, and Penrith City Council.
Monica Cavallaro is a Sydney-based pastry and cake designer, international teacher, creator of the More Range, demonstrator, and brand ambassador.
Monica has created show-stopping wedding cakes, worked on her own line of specialty products in the More Range, judged baking and caking competitions worldwide, presented and demonstrated at major shows, made cakes for celebrities, and featured in magazines worldwide.
