Monica Cavallaro is a Sydney-based pastry and cake designer, international teacher, creator of the More Range, demonstrator, and brand ambassador to The World Of Cake.

She started Moreish Cakes in 2009, which grew into a successful business after her appearance on The Great Australian Bake Off in 2015.

Monica has created show-stopping wedding cakes, worked on her own line of specialty products in the More Range, judged baking and caking competitions worldwide, presented and demonstrated at major shows, made cakes for celebrities, and featured in magazines worldwide.
