Ellana Haddrill is a formally trained marketing and event manager turned self-taught cake artist and cookie-cutter designer. Her cakes are known for their cute designs, clean lines and creative use of cookies. Ellana’s love for cakes featuring cookies began in late 2011 and she has since spent her time nurturing her growing business in Noosa, Queensland. In late 2022, Ellana collaborated with Custom Cookie Cutters to establish SweetP Cutters, designing cutters especially for use on cakes.
