Dan Pasquali is a medical scientist by day, and self-taught baker by night.

He first stole Australia’s hearts in the Australian Bake Off in 2019 and has since gone on to create a loyal and growing following of his amazing culinary creations!

Originally from Italy, Dan grew up baking with his mamma and nonna, who taught him the traditional ways of making dolci Italiani.
