Cassie Watene

Cassie Watene is a mother of 4 children and lives in Central QLD, Australia. Cassie spent several years, through trial and error, developing and perfected her Signature Ermine Buttercream and various cake flavours.

Cassie specialises in buttercream and loves experimenting with different tools of the trade to create edible pieces of art. Cassie is a finalist for the 2022 Teacher of the Year Award at the ACDN Cake Decorating & Baking Industry Awards.
