Lena is a talented cake decorator with 13 years of experience. She is the owner and founder of Savvy Cakes, a business that has grown substantially over the years, with collaborations with other sugar artists, event stylists, and photographers. Her work has been featured in various magazines, and she has a long list of corporate clients, including Big W, Harvey Norman, and Penrith City Council.
In 2008, Karen set out on this wonderful journey of cake decorating, inspired to create a masterpiece for her son. From there, long hours and pleasurable training coupled with Karen’s love for art, design and painstakingly attention to detail has rewarded Karen as an up and coming cake decorator amongst the industry.
Karen prides herself on quality and her wonderful customers, year after year, returning for that special cake memory is a true testament to her amazing creations.
